    I was very skeptical of this product as an alternative to clinical procedure replacement. However after doing my research online it looked like there was enough good reviews to give it a try.     I ended up having to purchase extra cold packs so i could use my system more often. They take up to 8 hours to get cold enough so i could only use my system every other day unless i went downstairs to the freezer immediately after use which was a pain.

    I think this may be obvious to some but I wanted to spell it out in case it helps a few people decide/not decide to purchase this product.

    I am around 125 lbs overweight and have been using this product religiously for about 90 days now. I have focused mainly on my stomach/sides areas and my arms.

    I have definitely noticed small reduction in size and smoothing of the areas. However to my point this product is not likely to get me to my overall weight loss goals anytime soon. To be fair though it has given me a bit more energy and willingness to start eating a bit better and exercising.

    Happy I purchased the 3 extra cold packs as they don’t do a good job on the website of explaining that the cold packs take up to 8 hours to freeze.. So if I didn’t have 6 of them it would be annoying as I would have not been able to use the system as often as I want.     I’m very glad i purchased the system with the extra 3 dual targeting packs. They typically take around 7 hrs to freeze fully as they have multiple layers to them with different densities of gel stuff. Therefore since i have 6 i can use the system twice per day and/or i don’t need to worry about getting the ones i just used back in the freezer so quickly. I definitely recommend the plus system.

    On the plus side everything was as advertised, quality is good, it seems to get really cold and it’s easy to target the places i wanted to try and lose inches in. With the original system we would fight over the three cold packs as they take about 8 hours to get cold enough to use.
