If you do not have any results, you can return your kit for a full refund minus a $50 usage fee (to be eligible you must use your product as directed daily for a minimum of 10 weeks and register your product). Refunds do not apply to consumables such as pills or other supplements. This money back guarantee policy can only be used once by a customer. If you have returned a product under this policy, you are not eligible for any further returns.

Important Notes:

  • We do not return the kit if you have medical issues, comfort issues, too cold, purchased as a gift, don’t want it anymore, etc. Be sure you ask all questions you have, otherwise there will be a restocking fee if returned within 14 days and the kit is unopened. Used kits are not returnable unless you use it for the full 10 weeks.
  • Consumables/Accessories are not refundable.
  • Refused deliveries are charged a $30 fee to pay for shipping and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any returns without an RA# will be refused.

Return Requirements:

1-14 days from receipt:

  • If you choose to NOT use the fat freeze kit for the full 10 weeks, there will be a restocking fee as follows:
    • Returns within 1 to 14 days from date of receipt of item: 20% restocking fee; supplements are not refundable/returnable
    • Contact [email protected] for your RA#. Be sure to include your name and order number. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping.

15- 70 days from receipt:

    • Returns 15 days to 70 days from date of receipt of item: not allowedno exceptions.
      • Consumer must use the fat freeze kit for the FULL 10 weeks (70 days) to be eligible for the guarantee minus the $50 usage fee. We are committed to providing life changing products with a great return policy, however we cannot afford to offer a full money-back return if a customer does not give our products a fair try for at least 10 weeks (70 days).
      • You must contact us between 71 to 90 days to be eligible for the guarantee and must have registered your product. Only one person per household is eligible for the guarantee. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
      • If you fail to contact us and do not receive your RA# from us, we are unable to process your refund. Any kits sent to us without an RA# will be refused.

How to qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee:

  1. You must register your product at www.fatfreezekit.com/warranty within 30 days of delivery.
    • If there are issues with submitting your form, you can email them to us at [email protected] with a copy of the warranty registration form.
    • After the 10 weeks (between 71-90 days), you must email [email protected] and include your order number, the day you registered your device, and include your after measurements if you did not have results. Our refund department will then email you back with your RA#. If you do not contact us by day 90, you will no longer be eligible for the guarantee.
  1. We are only able to offer a full refund minus the $50 usage fee based on non-results. If you’ve had any results you will not be eligible.
  2. Only one guarantee per person/household. If you have returned a product using the guarantee you will not be eligible for a return.
  3. You must include all components which came with the device when returning and must be in clean, working condition with the RA# you receive from our refunds department.
  4. Any returns without an RA# will be refused.
  5. Supplements and accessories are not including in the guarantee and will not be refunded.
