“One of my student and friends came up to me after a workout class I taught and quietly said, “What have you been doing??”

That was the moment when it hit me. That thing actually works!!! I’ve always been fit and teach fitness, so I was pretty skeptical to try blue. But my friend had seen results and talked me into it, so I couldn’t believe that my friend without knowing I was doing something different who I’d taught in classes for years noticed the smoothing in my thighs!!
