When you receive your kit, you’ll find dual-targeting cold packs, along with comfortable wraps that place the cold packs right where you need them. In order to put them to work, just follow three simple steps:

1. Place the cold packs in your freezer overnight.
2. Once the cold packs are frozen, slip them into the wrap.
3. Wrap the system around the spot that you would like to target and keep it on for about an hour.

While you wait out your hour, you can do whatever you want; sleep, read, watch television, etc. The lower your body temperature is, the better the system will work, so we recommend doing something relaxing, rather than strenuous.
