Fat Freezing Procedure
You’ve decided to take advantage of Fat Freezing (Cryotherapy) to lose weight, tighten flabby skin or reduce that unsightly cellulite. A convenient, cost-effective way of doing that is with the Blue Fat Freeze System in your own home. The procedure is incredibly easy.
When the system arrives in the mail, immediately put the cold packs into the freezer for at least 24 hours. You want them to be at the ideal temperature for the treatment and be able to maintain it. Lay the packs flat and do not stack other items on top of them.
Note: Do not ever place the packs directly on your freezer rack. If they freeze to the rack, they will be damaged, possibly irreparably.
After 24 hours, remove the packs from the freezer. They may be a bit “rumpled.” Gently smooth them out with your hands.
Next, take the body wrap and open it by gently sliding your fingers along the velcro. Place the cold pack inside the pocket. Seal the velcro closed to keep in the cold.
Note: Do not ever allow the cold packs to touch your skin directly. It is imperative that you use the wrap to protect your skin.
Apply the wrap around your target area, underneath your clothes, directly against your skin.
Relax for 1-3 hours (the longer the better). The Blue Fat Freeze System works best if you relax. This is not the time for multitasking. For instance, no exercising or eating. Take advantage of the “forced” relaxation. Watch TV or read a book.
When the 1-3 hours is over, remove the wrap, take the cold pack out of the pouch and return to the freezer.
Immediately massage the area(s) you treated for two to three minutes. This helps to break down the frozen or crystallized fat cells and greatly improves results.
Apply a moisturizing lotion during the massage or right after to avoid overly dry skin.
Results, of course, vary, as they do for any such program. Individual bodies respond to new treatments at a wide range of rates. Many users have seen results in six weeks. Incorporating the fat freeze system into a diet and exercise plan helps to accelerate results. Also, drinking at least eight glasses of water a day aids in flushing out the unwanted fat cells.
