Prepare & Freeze Dry Ice Cold Packs

When you receive your system, open the box, take out the 3-6 (depending on which fat freeze system you ordered) Dry Ice Cold Packs and submerge in warm water. You will need to massage the packs to allow the water to activate the refrigerant polymer powder found in each cell of the pack. Once each cell of the pack is full, dry cold pack off and place in freezer for 24 hours.

**Do not place the packs directly on your freezer rack, so they don’t get frozen to the rack itself. Doing so can damage your cold packs.

This is also a good time to take measurements of the area you want to treat, so you can see progress over the 12 week treatment.

After the 24 hour time frame has been reached, you may remove the dry ice cold packs from the freezer and gently flatten them if they became somewhat bunched during freezing.

Using either the Torso/Abs Wrap or the Arms/Lower Body Wrap (whichever area you’re trying to target), locate the openings on the back of your wrap. Slide your fingers along the velcro openings to gently open and place the dry ice cold pack inside each of the pockets (there will be three pockets on the waist wrap and one on the arm/lowerbody wrap). Then completely seal the velcro opening, as to reduce the amount of heat which can escape.

**Never allow the cold packs to directly touch your skin! Our wraps are designed to protect your skin from the cold temperatures.If you feel that the cold packs are too cold for you, you may wear a light weight tshirt then put the wrap over it.

Wrap the chosen system from step 2 around your target area, underneath your clothes. The blue wrap is designed to be worn directly against your skin for maximum cooling and protection.
